Elianita de Paula, owner and clinical director Elianita de Paula is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in education, business development, and healthcare. She has degrees in mechanical engineering, a speech-language pathology assistantship, and health sciences, and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy degree in general psychology. She started in this career because of her daughter, Hannah, who was diagnosed with autism and intellectual disabilities at the age of 2.

Ms. De Paula is a multilingual professional who is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese and has full proficiency in AAC (augmentative and alternative communication). She is an active member of several professional associations and has made significant contributions to the field of education and development through special projects and media engagements. She has added assistive technology and behavior strategy consulting services to her company and provides training and consultation to colleges in Brazil.

Ms. De Paula has worked in a variety of roles, including as an AAC Specialist at EyeTech Digital Systems, where she provided assistive technology training to allied health professionals and end-users in the US, Latin America, and Europe. She also served as an area manager and director of operations at Lincare, where she led the AAC division here in the United States.

Elianita is a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong passion for enhancing the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities through her work in assistive technology, behavior strategies, and education. In her free time, she enjoys going for walks with Hannah, taking road trips, singing, volunteering, and singing worship songs at home.
